Mid-Week Special #8 - Insect Macro

Macro photography is a specialisation I do not have the patience to pursue long-term, as it would prove to be an all-consuming venture, & there are other areas of photography I prefer to indulge in. Nonetheless I do have a macro lens which I use for general purpose shooting too, & so have gleaned a few hand held shots of insects along my travels over the last few years. Here are some of the amazing critters!
