Over the weekend I had a rehearsal shoot at teatre La Vilella for a forthcoming production by Cia. Sargantana. It was the first time I had had the opportunity to witness this work in progress, though it has special interest to me, since the performance utilises projections of photographs I took of a disused & delapidated factory complex at Bergueda, near Girona, Catalunya.
The rehearsal took place in a much smaller space than the work has been created for, & lighting was limited to the wall projections & a single multi-led floor spotlight. I used 35mm & 50mm lenses.
